shower leak missing deposit
the staff were helpful.
the shower leaked into the main room after only ten minutes. the shower doors would not stay closed. the water spread across the room, and i did not receive my deposit back.

Cozy stay near the Theater District
efficient check-in attentive bartender helpful staff
The check-in was efficient, thanks to the helpful staff. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly. I also liked that the staff let us keep our bags after checkout while we explored the city until our flight.
The air conditioner broke. The temperature in our room rose to 88 degrees. It took over 24 hours to fix the issue.

The hotel is newly renovated, with modern decor throughout the common areas. There is a bar on the second floor that becomes a late-night spot on weekends. Earplugs and a white noise machine are available in the rooms.

Our room had a large bed with clean, soft sheets. The mattress was also comfortable. It was a little quirky but so cozy and lovely. A white noise machine was also present in our room.

The location is excellent. It is next to everything. The hotel is very close to all the most important spots. Alternatively, all the metro lines are nearby. You can also easily walk to many restaurants and attractions.

great location trendy vibe kind staff small room concrete column high price
the location work great as did the staff. tokens for breakfast was a nice surprise. the hotel had a trendy boutique vibe. it was clean and the staff was very kind.
i knew the room would be small, it was even smaller than i expected. the room included a large concrete column and a corner window. there was not enough floor space to open our suitcase. water bottles in the room cost seven dollars per bottle if you consume them.
